Who Should Get Certified?
We built this program to help emerging leaders in Customer Education learn more about the field and understand the fundamentals of building and maintaining an amazing program. If you’ve been doing this for a while, hop into the assessment to test your skills and peruse the content at your leisure.
What Should I Expect?
You’ll find a mix of helpful videos and articles that are meant to provide a baseline of Customer Education knowledge, so you can drive positive and measurable customer outcomes.
The Program consists of 4 courses and an assessment:
- First, our Intro to Program Strategy course helps you lay out a strong foundation for your program.
- Then, the Content Creation & Curriculum Design course covers educational models, content strategy, technology, and more.
- Marketing & Distribution Tactics will help you coordinate and expand the reach of your Customer Education initiatives.
- And then the Measurement and Optimization Strategies course helps you identify some key metrics and demonstrate the ROI of your program.
